The financial services industry should encourage the recruitment of disabled people, according to a group of experts convened by the American College of Financial Services on the occasion of 26th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The panel was composed of Joseph Mallee , CEO of MassMutual Eastern Pennsylvania to Kane Brolin , financial advisor to Brolin Wealth Management , of Terri Matthews , founder and CEO of Jaden's Voice , and Maria Town , deputy director of the White House Office of Public Engagement .
