Why the Failed Obamacare Lawsuit Was Doomed From the Beginning

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Obama administration on Thursday in a historic case upholding a key provision in the Affordable Care Act. It was the third time in three years that the court had ruled on a case dealing with Obamacare, and it was simultaneously the simplest and craziest case yet. At issue in King v. Burwell was whether the federal government could subsidize health plans purchased in states that rely on the federal health insurance exchange.
