Covetousness (in the ecclesiastical world) – In order to carry on whatever good work we choose to do, we will require some material goods. The weather is not always perfect, not even in a tropical paradise. We need, at the very least, a roof on our head, some means of storing and cooking our food, some means to provide a means to procure that food and, for at least some of us, good in-door plumbing.
