In many ways this book is probably imperfect and incomplete. Certainly it is much less specific at points than we wish it could be. The American Society and the whole C.L.U. program are such growing, dynamic things that it would no doubt be impossible for such a book every to be really finished. But you will be interested to know that a subcommittee of the Joint Committee on Public Relations is carrying on a study that may conceivably open up some avenues of effective publicizing that are likely to supply several oft the missing links you will probably sense when you follow the procedures outlined in this handbook. No guarantees, but we think you can look forward to something interesting.
