The scope of the Part II examination embraces three areas of knowledge of great significance to the life insurance agency manager. The material in Part II is concerned with the functional aspects of operating a sales organization and administering an office unit, and it builds directly upon the foundation of principles, practices, and problems common to sales and office management in all businesses and then relate this knowledge directly to the functions of the life insurance agency manager.
